History of Sanwariaji Temple
Many years ago, around 1840, a cowherd named Bholaram had a dream. In his dream, Lord Krishna told him that three Krishna idols were buried under the ground. The next day, villagers dug the area and found three beautiful idols.
One idol was placed in Mandphiya village. This small shrine slowly grew into the famous Sanwariaji Temple, and today, lakhs of people come here for darshan.
